Request and confirmation
Submitting the form creates a request with a reference code. It does not guarantee a table. A reservation exists only when Restaurante Cobas expressly confirms it.
Request details
The form may request a name, contact details, date, time, party size, area preference, accessibility needs, allergies or observations needed to prepare the service.
Proposed changes
If no table is available, the restaurant may propose another time, area or condition. The change is not final until accepted.
Delays, groups and cancellations
Before publication, Cobas must define its grace period, group terms, possible deposits, cancellation and no-show rules. This demonstration does not invent penalties or charges.
Personal data
Data will be used only to manage the reservation and will be deleted or anonymised within 24 hours after it is completed, cancelled or rejected, unless a specific legal duty applies.
