Collection only
The system is intended solely for requesting food and collecting it from Restaurante Cobas, Espartero 77, Ferrol. It does not include delivery, external couriers or online payment.
A request is not a confirmation
Adding dishes and sending the summary creates an order request. The order is accepted only when Cobas confirms availability, the final amount and the collection time.
Prices and availability
The first total is an estimate. It may change because of weight, market price, requested changes, sold-out items or a corrected price. Any substitution must be communicated and accepted.
Collection and payment
Payment will be made at the premises using the methods confirmed by the restaurant. The person should arrive at the agreed time and provide the request code or name.
Cancellations
The final cancellation, delay and uncollected-order policy must be approved by the restaurant before publication. No invented penalties will apply in the meantime.
Allergies
A comment on an order does not by itself guarantee the absence of an allergen. Allergies and intolerances must be clearly communicated and confirmed by staff.
