Demonstration terms

1. Private purpose

This demonstration has been prepared solely for the private evaluation of Restaurante Cobas and people authorised by the business. Access does not turn the proposal into a public website and does not constitute acceptance, a contract or a transfer of rights.

2. MR0 elements

Until a written licence or assignment agreement exists, MR0 retains the applicable rights in the original code, functional architecture, theme, components, panel organisation, editorial writing, visual compositions, documentation and methodology created for the proposal. The reusable mr0-hosteleria core is not automatically assigned.

3. Cobas and third-party elements

The Cobas trademark, pre-existing logos and materials, photographs supplied by the business, business data and Daniel López's personal rights remain with their respective owners. The same applies to third-party trademarks, publications, guides and materials. MR0 does not claim ownership of them.

4. No public reproduction

The demonstration and its editorial, visual or technical content may not be reproduced, published, distributed, adapted, extracted or used in whole or in part on a public website, commercial presentation or different project without MR0's prior written authorisation.

5. Acceptance and delivery

If the project is commissioned, the final agreement will establish which elements are delivered or licensed, the scope of use, maintenance, support and commercial terms. Nothing in this demonstration implies an automatic full assignment.

6. Rejection and removal

If Restaurante Cobas says it does not wish to continue, MR0 will remove and delete the demonstration without cost or commitment, retaining only any minimum records that are necessary.

7. Correction or removal requests

To request the removal, correction or review of content, write to admin@mr0.es, identifying the page, affected element and reason. MR0 may hide it temporarily while checking its origin and will report the action taken.
