Principles
The website will request only the data needed to handle a reservation, a collection order, an enquiry or a suggestion. It will not be used for advertising, commercial profiling or newsletters without separate consent.
Intended purposes
- Reservations: review, reply to and confirm a table request.
- Orders: review availability, final amount and collection time.
- Contact and suggestions: receive the message and reply where appropriate.
- MR0 proposal: record the restaurant's decision about this demonstration.
Basis and recipients
Processing will be based on the person's request and the pre-contractual steps needed to provide the service. Data will not be sold or shared for commercial purposes. Essential hosting, security and email providers may process data under the applicable safeguards.
Retention
Operational identifying data will be deleted or anonymised within 24 hours after the service is completed, cancelled or rejected, unless a specific legal duty applies. Technical logs and backups will have separate, limited retention periods.
Rights
People may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection through the contact shown on the official website. During the demonstration, requests concerning test data or content may be sent to admin@mr0.es.
Alpha status
Forms in this version are local simulations: they do not send or store personal information.
